Most local business websites are brochures.
Las Vegas valley
North Las Vegas is a separate incorporated city of around three hundred thousand people, and the marketing that works there is not the marketing that works in Summerlin.
This is a younger, more price-sensitive and considerably more mobile-first market. A far higher share of searches happen on a phone, often on a cell connection rather than home wifi. That makes page speed a revenue issue rather than a technical score: a site that takes six seconds to appear loses customers who never register in any analytics report, because they left before the tag fired.
Price transparency also behaves differently here. In higher-income parts of the valley, "call for a quote" is accepted. In North Las Vegas it is a reason to keep scrolling. Businesses that publish starting prices, service call fees or clear ranges consistently get more calls, and better qualified ones, because the customer has pre-qualified themselves.
The area is also growing quickly, particularly around the northern edge, with substantial new residential and industrial development. New rooftops mean new customers with no established supplier, which is the single best condition a local service business can market into. Being visible early in a growing area is worth more than fighting for share in a settled one.
Find out where your map pack visibility actually stops. It is usually closer in than you think.
