Las Vegas valley
Paradise contains the Strip, the airport, the convention centre and a great deal of rental housing, which makes it a genuinely different market.
An unincorporated township covering much of the valley’s centre and east, Paradise mixes residential streets with a dense commercial core. It is the most commercially concentrated part of the valley, and for many service businesses the real money here is not residential at all.
The residential side skews heavily toward rentals and multi-family, which changes who the customer actually is. The person calling is often a property manager, a landlord or an HOA rather than the person living in the property. Those buyers behave differently: they call repeatedly, they care about response time and invoicing far more than about brand, and one relationship can be worth dozens of individual jobs.
That is worth building for explicitly. A page that speaks to property managers, mentions multi-unit work, and makes net terms and scheduling easy to understand will out-earn a residential page in this area, and almost nobody in the local market is writing one.
