A small operation, deliberately. You deal with the person doing the work.
Who you deal with
Isaac Svobodny
A small operation, deliberately. You deal with the person doing the work.
Why this exists
Local businesses get sold marketing in pieces. Someone builds a website. Someone else runs ads. A third company handles the profile. Nobody owns the path from the search to the booked job, so when it leaks, everyone can point at someone else.
SVO Growth Engine exists to own that whole path. One system, one person accountable for whether the phone rings and whether the job gets booked.
How I work
Straight answers about what will and will not move the needle, including when the answer is that you do not need what you were about to buy.
Everything is measured. If a change was supposed to produce more calls and it did not, that gets reported, not buried under a chart of impressions.
What you can hold me to
You own everything
Domain, website, Google profile, ad accounts and customer data, all in your name. Nothing is held hostage if we stop working together.
The scoreboard is agreed up front
Calls and booked jobs, tracked to source, measured against a baseline taken before the work starts. Not impressions.
You get told when something did not work
If a change was supposed to produce more calls and it did not, that gets reported plainly rather than buried under a chart of clicks.
You deal with the person doing the work
No account manager relaying messages to someone you never speak to. One person, accountable.
I will talk you out of spending
If your market, capacity or current setup means the work will not pay for itself, that is worth knowing before you spend, not after.
No lock-in
Terms are agreed in writing before any work starts, including what happens if you want to stop.
